Kagui reserves the right to amend and change this site at its absolute discretion. Additionally we reserve the right to institute changes or amendments (effective immediately) to any or all of the Terms contained in this document and to which, by your use of this website, you will be bound.

Kagui recognizes that security for you the customer is paramount in deciding to do business with us. For this reason, when you use the Kagui Online Shopping web site, you can be confident that we employ the highest level of security to protect your orders and personal information. We use highly secured technology to protect your data when it is being sent over the Internet. Each time you visit our secure pages (My Account and Checkout) your browser is sent a digital certificate. This certificate securely identifies the site you are connecting to, and is used to establish the encrypted session. You can confirm your Internet secured session is encrypted by the appearance of a "lock" symbol at the foot of your browser and the address of your web browser will change from "http://" to "https://".
Unauthorised use of a credit card, use of an invalid card and/or the provision of a false name and/or personal details will be considered fraudulent. All fraudulent activity will be subject to prosecution by the fullest extent of the law.
All trademarks, trade names, patents, copyright, registered designs and other intellectual property rights embodied in or in connection with this web site, products and any related information, documentation, parts or software are the sole property of their respective owners and/or holders. You must NOT use any trade names, patents, copyright, registered designs, domain name, trading style or other intellectual property rights embodied in or in connection with this web site, products, any related information and documentation.
Once order placement has occurred, you are engaged in a contract that sees you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered. Once an order has been placed with Kagui Online, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. This email does not promote acceptance of the order, it is simply a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless an order is cancelled by you - the buyer -,order acceptance does not occur until Kagui has emailed you informing you that your order has been dispatched. Once this has occurred, the sale contract has concluded. If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of credit card – we reserve the right not to accept your order. We also reserve the right to not accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item ordered is out or stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason.
Road Express Shipping
If your order total is less than $100, you will be charged $10 for Road Express shipping (1-3 days).
Kagui endeavors to get your order to you as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet our scheduled delivery times on all occasions. Delivery times are indicative only and Kagui does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on the shipment's location and destination, particularly during peak periods. We deliver by Australian Postal Services anywhere in Australia and by courier on request.
Delivery time and costs within Australia:
- Major cities - 2-3 business days
- Remote Areas - 2-6 business days
We will usually post within 2 business days of receiving cleared payments. Merchandise will be shipped using ground service where possible.
General Notes for Delivery
Should Regular Post be selected, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage or any other affiliated matter during transit. We recommend that you select Registered or Express Post. The usual delivery times as listed above are for delivery to suburban Australian addresses that are included in the overnight delivery network of the applicable courier. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas. Delivery by courier is during business hours, Monday to Friday.
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. On all Australian orders, Kagui Online prices are inclusive of the 10% GST charge on purchases. All orders must be paid for prior to shipment. Kagui may alter or vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on prior notice to you. For each order you place, you agree to pay the relevant applicable price at the time of placing the order.
Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Payment will be processed as soon as your order has been submitted. In the event that your order cannot be filled – a refund for the full purchase amount will be processed immediately. By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. This is especially relevant for overseas orders.
All credit card transactions on Kagui Online are processed using Secure Pay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts data obtained from customers using Ingrian Devices to provide the highest level of protection available. Ingrian devices provide tamper-resistant protection of cryptographic keys to ensure encrypted data is kept private and secure.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing and shipping without penalty. Orders cancelled during or after processing will be subject to shipping costs only, payable immediately. Kagui reserves the right to apply or waive such fee at it's absolute discretion.
Damage & Loss
All risk of damage or loss is transferred to you upon dispatch of the goods/item to the advised mailing address. MVVK Pty Ltd undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does Kagui insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit.
Kagui warrants that any product sold by the website will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 15 days from your invoice/receipt date. If any defects in materials or workmanship in an item we have sold are identified and notified to us within this warranty period then we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product, or refund your money and take back the product. Kagui does not accept any liability beyond this, and does not accept any liability for consequential loss.
Our liability under this warranty is subject to Kagui being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials, and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors, or circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to), repair, accidental or malicious damage, or any neglect, misuse or excessive use.
Please note that all warranty claims and returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice/receipt.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Kagui we will happily, exchange or refund you for unsuitable items where intention to return item has been emailed to email@example.com, no longer than 10 days after date of delivery. If we are contacted outside the 10 day limit, Kagui may refuse any requests for exchange or refund.
Items exchanged will be exchanged at the retail prices/values that were effective on the date of the original transaction. Full refunds are only available on Full Price items. Where a sale item has been purchased, customers are welcome to exchange but not refund this item. Exchange of sale goods – must only be in exchange for other sale items. Any refunds processed will NOT include refund of the postage fee - only the amount of the item purchased. Please note: Refunds and exchanges are not accepted on accessories due to health regulations. Please also note that purchases online cannot be exchanged at any of our Kagui Boutiques. The Kagui Online store is a completely separate entity to our Kagui Boutiques.
For any exchanges or returns, product must be posted back to City Office at the customer’s expense. In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received back at our City Office and deemed a manufacturers fault, and not in its state due to wear and tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt with the product.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in perfect condition, and sent along with original email invoice. Any returns must be sent in new and unused condition – with all packaging, boxes and tags attached.
To return an item to us follow our three step process:
Upon Kagui receiving the item/s, allow 1-2 weeks from the day you return your goods to process the return, whether it be the exchanged goods delivered to you, a refund, or a credit note issued. You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with returns, however Kagui will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds will be made within two weeks of the return of the product.
- Before returning goods please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention the reason for the return so that we can better serve you in the future. We will then send you a return authorization number by e-mail.
- Place the item you would like to return with all the original packaging in the box (including all appraisals and certificates if applicable), a copy of your receipt and a return confirmation number. Then address it to:

- You can ship it via any carrier. (BE SURE to ship your item fully insured.) or ship your package via Australia Post Service Registered Mail, insure it for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment arrived at its intended destination. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss or returned merchandise. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Return Department. Once your return is received, it will be inspected. Any unauthorized or improperly packaged items that show signs of wear and tear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Kagui will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments during transit.
- We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 business days of our receiving your return. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with returns, however Kagui will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds will be made within two weeks of the return of the product.

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange goods upon presentation of the original Tax Invoice if the product is deemed to be faulty. The appropriate returns policy must be followed for the refund, credit or exchange. Delivery and packaging charges are refundable only if as a result of our error the goods were supplied incorrectly. These delivery and packaging charges are not refundable except as expressed herein, Kagui reserves the right to apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at it's absolute discretion.
